Bryan College occurs as personal co-co-ed Christian college located in Dayton, Tennessee. A college got its beginning whenever its namesake William Jennings Bryan, who was participating in the Scopes Trial, expressed his interest in helping to establish the men's junior college in the city. Bryan died single 5 years whenever a guide of the Scopes Test, & when a proposal was processed to memorialize him within Dayton, it was suggested like to run the college he experienced envisioned. A college opened around September 18, 1930, only 5 years fallowing Bryan's demise, in the old high school where the alleged teaching of evolution that experienced led to the test had occurred. the college at present has Decade buildings in a 110 acre (450,000 k²) campus. Rather its namesake, these are dedicated to the lesson of conservative Christianity.
